My Belief and Enjoyment

Just because I am visually impaired doesn't mean that i can't do anything, as some people would falsely assume! I decided to tackle my vision loss head on and really truly give it my best shot, at training myself with a new skill. I thought "It's not the end of the world!"

And Here I am!

Working With Wood

Wood is a wonderful material to feel and see! The texture of the grain is so variable and every piece is unique, no two piece are never the same! After i have finished a piece and polished them up, the sheer glow and warmth coming from the wood is so pleasing and I know I have done a great job!

I am prepared to entertain requests for commisions, special or otherwise, to make a piece in a particular wood - just phone or email me and we can talk!

At the moment, I am working on a storage pot with a lid to hold tea bags for a customer.
